the awm / Blizzard Marksman Magnum can be scrapped for 1 part

buffed crouching hitchance on both guns and buffed the flash suppressor so that it increases accuracy and hitchance both standing and crouching

both guns now use the new "consumeAmmoOrderedInventory" module from EWS, ammo will now be loaded into the gun in the order of the inventory (upper left first) rather than AP first.
