Big Update to Spawning Mechanics
Added the XComRequiemLegionSpawningRuleset Configuration.
Allows players to alter the settings of the Secondary Spawning Requirements System for enemies added by this mod to use Golden Path Progression, Research Based Enemy Progression, or to disable it and just use Force Level Progression (Some FL Reconfiguration may be needed)

6/19 Update - A lot of bugfixes, some configurability improvements, massive AI improvements in some areas, updated some localization, and altered how the Titan's Unit Flag displays its damage, for clarity purposes.

So hide your Sparks, hide your Shivs, and hide your Proxians too. The Taipans are coming for them.
