Addressed Pre-Scamper Reaction Triggers taking precedence over Scamper and Scamper Exhaustion. If Scamper Exhaustion is active or LWOTC is installed, the reactions will no longer occur on Pre-Scamper.

4/13/2024 Requiem Legion Patch Notes - Enhanced Long War Of The Chosen <> Requiem Gameplay Experience, allowing for Strategy Layer Agency in regards to the Requiem Legion.

Regional/Mission Strength now controls Requiem Legion Deployment, allowing for Infiltration to potentially remove the presence of Requiem Legion Units.

Missions that have been infiltrated down to Strength One can no longer have Requiem Legion members spawn.

Strength Two through Four Missions can have Requiem Legion Units spawn as Pod Leaders.

At Strength Five, each pod with a Requiem Legion Leader has a 25% chance to have Requiem Legion members as followers, selected from a limited pool of allowed units.

At Strength Six, each pod with a Requiem Legion Leader has a 50% chance to have Requiem Legion members as followers, selected from a less limited pool of allowed units.

At Strength Seven, each pod with a Requiem Legion Leader has a 75% chance to have Requiem Legion members as followers. There are no limitations as to what Requiem Units can spawn as a follower, so long as the standard Requiem Legion spawning ruleset requirements are met, but the system will automagically try to maintain diverse unit selections in the pods.

These modifiers respect both Force Level requirements and the Requiem Legion's Campaign progress requirements.
