Changes:
- Changed Super Pershing SP buy for USA to an Ace Super Pershing. Similar to the 20SP Wehrmacht Ace Tiger II, this model has improved reload, acceleration, rotating speed and accuracy.
- Fixed Super Pershings model and the armour shield.
- Fixed a minor bug with ricochet tables
- Fixed lobby test mode text
- Minor localisation changes. The next nation to receive full localisation will be Russia and Guards.
- Disabled "component destroyed" events. They were just annoying and added nothing to the gameplay.
- Fixed USA M4 81mm half-track F6 (ground-attack) and wrong aiming angle.

First version out. This fixes the Isuzu trucks which were unrepairable and the Isuzu mortar which had the wrong shell and couldn't fire.
