v1.2 - oh nor my stage was so crusty and i ididnt notice

-RNG functions no longer use get_gameplay_time since the seed is no longer consistent on stages
-Fixed Mama Squid music not playing on the Underwater theme
-Voice event no longer prints in the debug log
-Aether Mode thumbnail now has accurately coloured spikes

i removed it to test something and somehow forgot oops
