making the codices spawn in chests clearly broke something so reverted again

reverted to fix crashes

removed the file that was causing the crash

tried to fix crash but it didnt work. everything I make breaks in one way or another.

made codices more common

the books should spawn in chests now

added one codex with lore for superstorm expanse planets, but which mod they are from, I forgor, probably arcana

initial upload with one codex relating to lore surrounding the protogen species.
