Found much simpler and possibly more flexible solutions to speed up both Workers and Archaeologists. Archaeology Digs should now be able to complete in a single turn on normal terrain, and within four turns if on rougher terrain like jungle (regardless of which of the main four game speeds you're using).

In order to eliminate a weird bug with Archaeology Digs for Brave New World, had to revert to the older, less flexible way of altering tile improvement build times. Archaeology Dig times were reduced, but aren't only 1 turn on every Game Speed.

Old functionality files were included as an option if you're willing to fiddle around slightly to get them to work, but the default behavior for this mod uses newer functionality that's a bit more rigid in terms of support (or lack thereof) for custom or atypical tile improvement builds outside of the base game and two main expansions.

Updates in v2:

- Instead of altering individual build actions' time / production costs, this mod now alters game speed build modifiers. This should function similarly/identically, but possibly is more generalizable and could work with scenario-specific and/or custom improvements as well.
