Reworked class to have less power scaling overall

Added custom status effect to indicate that Blade Mode is currently active

Changed melee damage bonus to only apply while in Blade Mode

Fixed armor leech being capped to 100 (now is capped to the player's maximum armor), fixed Zandatsu to work with latest version of Horde

Removed passive bleeding immunity

Reworked Exoskeleton to give 1% passive health regen and Bleeding immunity, buffed max health gain to 25 and added 25 max armor buff

Reworked Cybernetic Arm to leech up to 5 health on hit, now gives immunity to Bleeding

Reworked Counter-Attack into Static Discharge, taking damage from enemies releases a pulse that deals 100 electric damage to nearby enemies

Nerfed Parry to give 100% Physical resist instead of 100% Evasion and decreased effect duration to 1 second, now has Berserker's Aerial Parrry's visual effect upon receiving damage

Removed health leech from Sharper Blade

Reworked Pain Inhibitors to give 75% less debuff buildup instead of giving health regen

Added new custom status effect icons for Rifle Mechanism and Ripper Mode

Buffed Ripper Mode damage to have a 2x damage multiplier while active, removed 35% global resist bonus

Fixed HF Blade to have the same range as Katana, fixed model-related issues

Updated HF Stick to use the same model setup as Horde's Stunstick
