Nerfed bair

- Removed some endlag from nair, but added landing lag.
- Nair's kb and kb angle was increased
- Fair has a sour spot nearer to glommer so you can't whiff people right next to you. Also fixes some issues where glommer would knock people backwards.
- Nerfed nair's hitbox
- Removed walking sounds from glommer lmao
- Changes to up special that i forgot
- Up smash has a higher chargeup time before the hitbox appears.
- Up special's last few hitboxes take the target downward. This was always intended but I just found out that this wasn't what happened and caused a 0-to-death.

I'm hoping people don't find another infinite or 0-to-death somehow because yea.

Glommer's life counter is now his flower.

Glommer has a proper frozen animation.

Finally figured out how to give glommer a character select icon! Also got a snazzy new mod icon if you haven't noticed.

This patch finally fixes the up special into up special by making up special only able to be used once per jump from the ground in the air.

Fixed a 0-to-death where you could up-special into rest (Blichking told me this was fixed but he lied!)

Nerfed up special, now you don't have jumps after you hit someone with it but don't go into freefall.

A lot of changes this update! Mainly for making combos more achievable with glommer.

Nerfs:
- Rest does a LOT less kb. Now kills at 40-45 (don't know exact number)
- Rest has a lot more endlag. A lot higher risk for a high reward.

Buffs:

With rest a bit less busted, glommer needed buffs to his existing kit so he could actually get the enemy to high percents with basic combos.

- Less endlag with dtilt
- Less endlag with utilt
- Less endlag with nair
- Nair now brings the enemy under you. This means it can be also used as a spike (if you don't want to use dair for some reason)
- You can now grab ledge with recovery.
- If you hit the enemy with the recovery, you don't enter freefall. Mainly for combos.
- Fspecial starts earlier (combos)
- Usmash hitbox appears earlier and is bigger (probably still won't be used but its nice to have)
- Usmash has less endlag.
- Dsmash has less endlag and does a bit more kb.
- Enemies can't dodge out of jab now!


A lot of changes!
