  • Changed Chou Tenhou/Zhang Jue's Adoration resource colour from blue to yellow
  • Re-calibrated the ammunition of some of the missile units - some of them mistakenly had values that were too high
  • Re-calibrated the military supplies gains and loss from a character's cunning value
  • Increased the military supplies gain from some of the reforms in the Han and Yellow Turban tech trees
  • Increased the military supplies gain from Encamped stance
  • Increased the military supplies gain from commandery reserves
  • Re-calibrated the military supplies malice/bonus from winter, allied territory, neutral territory, and hostile territory effects
  • Crossbowmen, Multiple Bolt Crossbow, Juggernaut, and Trebuchet are now accessible based on the strategist's general level: 4 for crossbowmen, 5 for Juggernaut, 7 for Multiple Bolt Crossbow and Trebuchet
  • Commander generals also get crossbowmen at level 4
  • Heavy Spear Guards is now unlocked at level 3 for champion generals
  • Applies to both Han and Bandit faction generals
  • Re-calibrated the prestige gain from Han administration building levels and city levels - nerfed to encourage both expansion and to potentially slow down the AI's prestige gain through buildings
  • Re-calibrated the cost for adoption - greatly increased - heirs can be found through marriages or future children
  • The Release from Service court action now has a 5 turn -15 satisfaction faction-wide malice attached to it
  • Re-calibrated Banish/Execute court action - greatly increased satisfaction malice and the treasury gained from banishing/executing generals

New Changes

New Faction: Son Renfa/Sun Quan - ONLY AVAILABLE IN 194
  • Ported Sima Jiong's Control resource (minor edits to the resource)
  • Ported Liu Hong's Court Politics resource - name change of the political factions were made, including edits to the effects
  • Ministerial appointments should now be made cautiously as minister positions increases the Court Politics resource based on what faction your appointed minister supports
  • Access to Son Yenren/Sun Jian's unique Mercenary Outpost building
  • Access to all the mercenary units and Son Sheren/Sun Ce's unique units

Added four new characters (from the Sengoku Koihime and Souten Koihime) have been added
  • The 4 new characters have been recalibrated to fit into the Three Kingdoms narrative (as much as possible)
  • Details of these characters can be seen in the character sheet screenshot in the front page of this mod

Other Changes
  • Edited Ka Kei/He Jin's AI potential - nerfed to an extent but still powerful
  • Added military supplies benefits to Ba Sui/Ma Chao's unique building and Son Yenren/Sun Jian's Domain effects
  • Son Sheren/Sun Ce's faction in 194 has been reshuffled to start in Lujiang
  • New Faction Son Renfa/Sun Quan starts in Danyang in 194
  • Ryuu Sasara/Liu Biao, Kou So/Huang Zu and He Yi's territories have also been slightly recalibrated in 194

  • Fixed some diplomatic issues for the Yellow Turban Remnants in the 194 start date

New Changes

Ka Kei/He Jin is now playable in 190 with new mechanics - will be playable in 194 in a future patch
  • Unique resource - Spoils of Glory gives a lot of military and some economic bonuses
  • Can only be gained through battles
  • One single defeat can lead to a short/mid term period of detrimental debuffs
  • Faction cannot spy or be spied on
  • Has access to all Northern Army units, their captain retinue variants, and Vanilla Lu Zhi's unique units, Defenders of the Empire and Destroyers of Treachery
  • Cannot recruit militia or some of other lower-tier type units
  • When at King/Queen rank, all generals can recruit Imperial units without restrictions
  • Ka Kei/He Jin is the only character who can recruit Imperial units at the beginning and free from the replenishment debuff

Wuxing Attributes Revamped

Authority
  • Morale effects now has negative values below 100 authority
  • Morale effects are only factored based on the authority of the commanding general
  • Added Ambush Defence as an effect - contains negative values below 100 authority and only takes into effect based on the commanding general's authority

Cunning
  • Ammunition and Military Supplies effects now have negative values below 100 cunning
  • Max Ammunition values have been nerfed
  • Armies now have increased risk of losing supplies per turn based on cunning level of generals
  • Added Anti-Corruption effects at above 100 cunning - applicable for administrators only

Expertise
  • Construction Costs effects now has negative values below 100 expertise
  • Added Anti-Corruption effects - contains negative values below 100 expertise - applicable for administrators only

Instinct
  • Recruitment Cost effects now has negative values below 100 instinct
  • Added Campaign Movement effects - contains negative values below 100 instinct and only takes into effect based on the commanding general's instinct

Resolve
  • Added Infantry Armour effects - contains negative values below 40 resolve and only takes into effect based on the commanding general's resolve

Other Changes
  • Some unique flags have been added - for Ka Kei/He Jin and En Miu/Yuan Shu's Kingdom flag - Credit to TheSpartan for working on the flags
  • Added some events for Ka Kei/He Jin in 190
  • Considerably nerfed the ammunition amount for the 5 Golden Archer Generals - Damage is still the same
  • Generals with Resiliency layers when knocked out will have a 3 turn cooldown from the original 1 turn
  • Edited some background art for the loading screen
