-Added compatability with more airframes.

Added a 4x pylon variant so that you can carry 4 missiles in a single hardpoint.

Added the R9X Hellfire to 54 more hardpoints. It should now be available to all vanilla airframes. Keep in mind that some hardpoints are not designed to hold a missile rack, such as some turret positions, this could cause weird visuals or other issues.
