* Fixed Paraki2 external light toggle did not toggle large hard point

* Fixed bots would not be able to path on/off the submarine when docked, and sometimes when on EVA.
* Added more and cleaner storage for magazine in Paraki2 as well as Paraki.
* Increased battery capacity slightly in both to help with balance.

* Added Depth Tube with locking arm, triggered from the front navigation console. Load the depth tube, ensure it is armed. Tube exits from slightly to the rear, along the bottom.
* Fixed Reator disable switch was incorrectly labelled, and also did not work.

* Fixed Husks unable to use airlocks. Now husks will be able to open airlocks and enter the sub correctly.
