Better outfitter compatibility test (not that i expect this to be used often, this is more to figure out how C_hands detection works)

Didnt work, but atleast the filesystem for C_hands is cleaner.

Added 3 Rebel Ammo resupplier NPCs, the Common, Explosive, and Niche ammo supplier, Common has a chance per spawn to give either Pulse, Pistol, Shotgun, SMG, and .357 ammo, Explosive supplier has a chance to give grenades, slams, RPG rounds, and SMG grenades per spawn, ontop of a chance to use a RPG instead of the usual weapons, and Niche, which will supply crossbow and AR2 energy ball ammo, and Sniper ammo (The ammo that the combine sniper uses, some sweps use it and NPCs will resupply accordingly).

Once any is spawned they will keep supplying the player in regular intervals if they have the weapon the NPC can supply, but the same NPC will only give one of that particular type of ammo, so if a Conscript supplies you with SMG ammo, they will always give that, Supplier Conscripts also are on par with regular Rebel and Combine NPCs in terms of weapon accuracy.

Fixed Combine Conscripts being unable to throw grenades (fix by FiLzO), added rebel medic conscripts, they use the same models, however suffer much worse in combat than their regular peers, yet being able to keep their fellow conscripts going in a fight, also a nerf to conscript accuracy in general (from very good to good) so they dont always wipe entire squads on their own too easily.

Enhancements given to all conscript NPCs instead of just Hazmats, updated Ted facemap, and adjusted filesystem for PMs for consistency.

Major Update: Overhauled filesystem for models, Rebel NPCs can speak now, proper spawnicons, and more.

Contributions, help, and advice and some recoding and tweaking by FiLzO for all the help in this update, Kudos to him for dealing with my slowness and teaching me how to do stuff properly.

Replaced Hazmat Conscript gasmask lens texture with the lens texture from the HL2 Leak for the original Combine Elite, also glows in the dark, more of a stylistic choice and because i think it looks cooler.

Fixed some missing textures on vestless models, added vestless NPC variants, and shaved 30mbs of space by compressing the female body textures into another format and fixed a normalmap for them.
