Fixed a title tier condition for the Hellenic reformation decision.

Added “Possessed” as a possible condition to make the Hellenic reformation easier, as is pretty much the same as “Lunatic” in game terms.
Reworked a little the “being a powerful vassal” conditions that allows the Hellenic reformation.

The decision for the restoration of the Roman Empire have been edited to be shown also if the player's character is Christian, so the requirements to take them are visible from start.

Added a humorous description for the Hellenist conversion if the character is lunatic.
