Various fixes for race restricted equipment.

The DH-17 Carbine should no longer be invisible.

Stormtrooper guards now have medkits.

Audio should hopefully work without any external downloads now...? Still testing it.
Gun sounds should no longer play when characters swap to melee.
Added more variation to lightsaber sounds.

Adjusted stats for low level bandits.
Starving Bandits are now the 'Koeeba Pirates'.

Imperial Army Uniforms have been added to the research list for Imperials (3 GCW tokens to unlock) + one extra research for additional helmets.
