Version 1.3 has been published to Preview
Fixed breakage due to new tModLoader max health system.
Increased the minimum health config option to 100 from 20 due to an incompatibility with the new system.(I may just not know how to use the new system well enough to control hp less than 100 yet. If you want this to be re-added, let me know.)

Added a config option for adjusting the effectiveness of Vanilla Lifesteal. (Affects modded sources if they use the same lifesteal mechanic as vanilla like Weapon Enchantments' Lifesteal Enchantment)(@Sumenora#5891)
