+ Added banners.
+ Added flags.
+ Added new CIF text decal to all categories.
+ Added \pw_emblems\icon\HighRez_ACES.paa and HighRez_ACES_Inverted.paa as cut content for use on very large decals. It's just a high resolution ACES flag or banner.
~ Changed "Cascadia National Guard" fanon emblem to "Cascadian Air Force, Post-War"
~ Changed "United Cascadia" to just "Cascadia"
~ Changed Cascadian tailcode to remove text, creating a new text version in the process.
~ Changed Federation Command text decal to have bigger text stacked vertically.
~ Changed Sicario Mercenary Corp text decal to have bigger text stacked vertically.
~ Changed name "Tailcode CIF" to "Tailcode Cascadia"
~ Fixed alignment of Federation Stars insignia under all categories.
~ Fixed alignment of Federation low viz roundel under Nations category.
~ Fixed all large insignias resolution.
~ Optimized resolution of all files, since 1024x1024 files are unnecessarily large for a bunch of insignias. Nearly everything is 256x256 or 512x256. Patches were left at 512x512 to keep them looking snazzy.
- Removed Federation Stars mirrored variants.

+ Added Mercenary (LowViz) roundel.
+ Added Federation Ground Forces tailcode from Frontline 59. Best used on helicopters.
+ Added Federation Reservist tailcode from Frontline 59.

+ Added insignias to all GM categories even if they don't necessarily make sense. Maximum flexibility for mission makers. I wish other mods would do this.
+ Added files for flags. Still haven't added the actual spawnable flags, but hey, the textures are there now.
~ Binarized all files to save on space and performance.

~ Fixed markers not being available at all in the editor. Now it actually works as desired. Seriously. I checked. And if it doesn't, I will scream. It works, damn it.
