added a brand new "godmode" to sandbox, and multiplayer if you're observer AND host of a lobby
there's currently a bug where these kind of buttons don't register if they're pressed within 13 frames of the last press, so they hide until that, will be removed until it's fixed
chaos edition and random only can now be activated via observer with this
random devices should now be placeable on structure with barrels, minireactors and buoys (yes they control structure)
buoys should be deletable now
barrels should be able to control structure again

random devices exploding text is red so people actually see it
added an easter egg with a small chance when you delete a random device and it explodes
