- Added a check to prevent sound from starting inside a building.
- Balanced the default cooldown values so that it take a bit more time between sound events.
- Lowered animals volume a bit, changed distance a bit too.
- Animals: Added boar, cat and hawk sounds.

- Added delay for the first random event in singleplayer (so that it doesnt start stragth after loading)
