- TDMP Support

- Changed some default binds to make it compatible with TDMP

- Changed the default brightness of the lights

- Added: POP UP headlight

- Added: way to initialize the vehicle with different patterns (for modders)

- Removed: Option to delete vehicle when destroyed

- Fixed: 'ALS MISSING' message when vehicle gets deleted by performance mods

- NOTE: The performance mod will keep deleting the vehicles

- Added new lights types Those are:
* Blinking reverse lights (for emergency vehicles)
* Pop up Headlights
* one Aditional light that can be used as a extra light
