- Changed the generic focus tree. You can now send volunteers as any ideology and some focus times have been reduced.
- Extensive conscription is now available to democracies and non-aligned even if they aren't at war.
- South american countries now start with equal industry and navy.
- No more extra factories for majors. Only 5 dockyards.
- Host tool available for Poland, Turkey and Greece.
- No need to increase relations with the AI to send an Attaché.
- Changed some defines.

- Fixed Heavy Fighter III's range being lower than Heavy Fighter IIs.
- Made it obvious that Strategic Bombers are researchable in 1939.
- Gave Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Portugal the same starting tech. Now they start with stuff like early fighters, trains, support equipment, mountaineers, etc. Also Colombia starts as Gran Colombia now, you don't have to press the decision for that.

- Paul_#1470 reworked hungary (PART I). A full changelog can be found below:

Quick overview of the Hungarian political paths:
- Austria-Hungary path: Kept mostly vanilla with some changes. Austria will always submit to you, but the Czechs will stand firm. Reagent of the Hungarian throne, Miklós Horthy was assassinated and the Habsburg Prince has taken over. The people are mad and disappointed. They are waiting to see real results form the new King
- Elect King Horthy path: Miklós Horthy has been elected king. He is seeking to return past Hungarian lands back into the kingdom. Manage the nobility and keep up your Popular support. Unite all of Hungary under one Banner. Maybe make a glorious navy, like in the olden days.
- Historical Fascist path: Renounce the treaty of Trianon and make sure Greater Hungary stands strong. Make use of the Concentration camps and recruit the Hungarian SS to help you achieve greatness.
- German Puppet path: Review your diplomacy, seek German friendship and investments. Help out Germany in a time of need and in return get help from German Engineers to build your country to greatness.

- All german events regarding Rhineland / Sudetenland are fixed. (finally)
- All of the interface animation updates are finished. (animation_time and fade_time)
- "Collaboration government" operation not showing up sometimes (idk why was this happening and how was this fixed, but I think everything works fine now).
- Added South American countries to be selectable in the Host gamerule.

- More stuff I forgot about.

HOTFIX

- Rhineland and Sudetenland can't be refused (to make sure that if France and UK are retarded then they won't fuck up the game)
- China PLAYER can't do any agency upgrades.
- Panda changed "Balkan Domination" (Romania) and added an expansion path.

- A new gamerule added for player China. If someone wants China, the host can nerf it a bit by using this gamerule.
- Justification doesn't take as long as in vanilla, it's should be 20-30 days now.
- The japanese decision "Demand Indochina" now works without having to wait for France to lose Paris.
- Removed collaboration governments (not the agency operation, but the annoying event that appears when you have 80% compliance).
- Changed some defines.

- Changed the "annexation system" (it doesn't use events anymore, the changes are there since January 1st, this should make the mod faster).
- Changed some defines.
- Paul fixed some stuff related to Turkey and Romania.
- Fixed the warning to upgrade your spy agency and now it should apply to every country and not just the majors.

I think I didn't change much more, but yeah the first and second changes were already important so I decided to release the update.

HOTFIX

- Netherlands annexes the Dutch East Indies
- Dispersed and Concentrated are now exclusive, but they get 40% max slots instead of 20% (This should've been in the other update, but since I forgot I'm doing this hotfix).
- Fixed some Romanian decisions (panda fucking up smh)
