- The spectre's weapon and ability stat are now all open to config.
The config can be modified at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2826984284\Config\XComGameData_PASpectre_Ability.ini and XcomGameData_WeaponsData.ini
- Fixed some bugs (the horror ability)
