Kanos patch:

+ Uair can now swap throw direction
+ Fstrong can now swap throw direction
+ Snapping to dust now happen in 60f instead of 999f

- Kill via Snapping inflict 33% damage to Kanos
- Snapping threshold had been upped to 200% - 12% each stone (from 150%)
- Screen warping via Uair or Fspecial grabbing dealling 8% -> 6%

--- Landing lag increased across the board:

before hitbox comeout: 3 -> 4
after:
Nair 4 -> 6
Fair 6 -> 10
Bair 4 -> 5
Dair 8 -> 10

~~~ DSpecial portal need a long charge time to open, and the charging attack of oppenning is removed, but no longer tp opponent to Kanos when its hit.
