Uspecial might be slow but if you can aim FOR the opponent, it could work, otherwise you can also aim inside the stage so you appear on the ground - which mean opponent can still knock you off stage but you would be having your air options this time.
It was risky to use and I couldn't use it often since it and the hand can be destroyed in one move, along with the hand stunning you if hit. His Up Special is cool but it has so much endlag after use that you'll most likely never get back on stage after being knocked off.
But everything else is really good and I really enjoyed my time with him
