Now with working respawns!
Added new Starting Conditions for the new difficulties

Changed the whole process how ore gets increased due to recent patches.
Difficulty now changes the ore yield not the planets itself anymore.

Removed some unnecessary files

Du to an error with the worldsettings.xml i removed it.
It was only needed if you wanted to play on Loulan via custom settings. Which is not possible anymore.

Nitrice is now found with 15-30 ore yield (x3) instead of 5-10 like the other Ice-like ores :)
