*Ding Ding Ding* Update dropped!
I don't know for sure but this will likely break saves.

v 0.2.0

New features:

• Added Land Doctrines from RT56
  
• Countries now should have proper starting tech.
  
• New Game Rule which allows to switch off Tech.

Some bug fixes:

• Fixed the Rule to Switch off national characters (no effect)
  
• Fixed some minor issues from RT56 regarding graphics.
  
• Added Workaround for Shocktroops.
