- Restored fuel and battery readout functions. Replaced faulty engine readout to location readout.

nerfed the engine, should travel roughly 10km/h less than previously. This is to account for upgrades throughout the campaign

- Removed some additional ammo to compensate for storage
- Modified submarine's description to make more compact

- Removed Auto-Fill on emergency supply cabinets

- Fixed some item spawns

- Fixed Diving loot from autospawning
