Omsk 2

This is an edit of an edit my good pal made before he passed. The Omsk 2 serves as a recreation of the "Omsk" that he made.

Primarily being:
- Swapped front two coilguns for chainguns
- Hooked up the diving suits and tanks to power, so they can refill with O2 as time goes on.
- Made the Armory water tight to help reduce flooding
- Balanced out starter loot (mainly reducing the overpowered items to be more suited towards campaigns)


NOTE: I don't claim to own the original design of the ship, I merely took the design and made a few modifications.
