Updated the Courier's pallets room again.

- Also added a route to a pallet pickup zone, for the ones who likes couriers.

- Added a window to every office in the building.
--> Added 4 more intermediary hardware rooms.

- Added cooling and heating to every room in the building (what, who needs that?).
- Also fixed a "floating" bookcase in one of the rentable offices.
- Changed the initial camera position again over some feedbacks about the building. Its more logical to start playing with the offices in the leader's office side. This reflected in a change of the starting office too.
