By reference official implement about d_system_resources, now this mod can count district from Habitation Module instantly and automatically!!

No more event pulse or decision refresh is needed.

If you have old Habitat which have related old deposits on them, you can remove "System Transit Center" building and re-build it to let it refresh the deposits to new ones.
