added WSR requirement ... but now at least you don't get the bad upgrades from the experimental armour project anymore

Update for Tesla Loot Mod
Every Armour will have 1 negative Upgrade
Tons of possible Armour Upgrades if you run Mods
maybe new ones added in the Future

deactivated a few upgrades for TLM. If you want them just uncomment them
