- Updated mod to Stellaris v4.0 'Pheonix'
- Changed the code to upgrade the Quantum Gateway internally instead of destroying and respawning it.
- Fixed the Quantum Gateway nodes showing weird behaviour when someone else is also building and using a Quantum Gateway.
- Added a Location to the Gateway Opening Event, allowing the Player to quickly the newly spawned gate endpoint.
- Increased the Gateway range from 9999 -> 100000 thus it should also cover really big galaxies easily.
- Updated the Quantum catapult overrides with the latest codes from the base game, adding support for Bio ship using empires properly.
- Added localisation for every language the game officially supports (DeepL Translated).

- Fixed a bug where loosing control of the target system of a quantum gateway to another country would prevent it from despawning, when shutting down the gateway, letting it be stuck forver and possibly let anybody travel to other gateways.

This affects only gateways created after this fix.
