Major update to 1.3 (9/7/2022)

- ALL ships have had their block counts radically reduced (by over half in some cases.) This should be a massive performance boost for servers.

- Added 2 new ship variants.
- Added 2 new fighters.

Added four new ships:

- 6-slot unshielded combat frigate (to serve as a common spawn patrol craft)
- 8-slot freighter
- 12-slot freighter
- One new fighter
