Beats:
Rasied the max beats from 10 -> 16
* It made more sense since it's a multiple of 4 & 8
If beats above 8 it will buff some moves slightly like Fstrong, Dstrong, Bair and Dattack

Ustrong:
For the first 10 frames the Maracas can't be hit
Charging the move will make the Maracas go higher
* Basically his maracas are transcendent untill the first platform on Julesville (Uncharged)

Uair:
Hit feels a little more meaty
Sour BKB 6 -> 7
Sour KBS 0.4 -> 0.3
Sour Hitstun 0.95 -> 0.9

Fstrong:
Slightly lowered hitpause

Dattack:
Added a super weak hitbox after the first 2 hitboxes
Weak Early lifetime 4 -> 3
Decreased the size of Weak Early
Endlag 12 -> 13

Rune A:
Beats won't decrease the speed of his dattack anymore

Gimmick:
On hit he won't lose a beat when he hits these moves now: Uair, Bair, Nair, Utilt, Dtilt and Uspecial
On hit slightly increase the kb he has to do before it takes a beat 6.1 -> 8.6
Dropped the kb amount before he loses a beat when he gets hit 14 -> 12
If he has at least 5 beats his initial dash gets increased by 1 (4.5 -> 5.5)
Simplifited the minor buffs he gets [it being instead of 6 & 7 beats for buffs, it's just 5 beats]

* Basically he doesn't lose beats as much on hit, but he loses more beats when he gets hit instead.

Rune H:
Increased the stun time from 240 to 320 frames
Lose less stun on hit
Increased the max timer from 1000 frames to 3600 frames

Fixed some typos and mistakes in Munophone

Gimmick:
Raised Max amount of beats you can have from 8 -> 10
Projectiles will no longer remove beats from you on hit
Gave slight buffs to other moves when you are above 6 or 4 beats
Dspecial and Fspecial will play NICE or OK if you time them correctly

Fspecial:
Gave back hitting the move on NICE or OK giving slightly extra hitpause

Revert the less beats on attack only on strongs. [Ustrong, Dstrong and Fstrong get 2 beats on Nice and 1 beat on OK; while Jab and Nair only get 1 beat on NICE and 0 on OK]
You get one beat if you time Wavelanding and Dashstart on NICE
