Added another final tier of generator. This one is not supposed to be used practically. It WILL go horribly wrong.

Made two of the generators much more dangerous.
- The antimatter generator (Baryonic Conversion Generator) will now explode when damaged/overheated
- The black hole generator (Singularity Energy Extractor) will collapse into a black hole when damaged/overheated

**You can disable this feature by making the machines indestructible via the dropdown menu
