- This may indirectly also fix the effect not working for Convoy lord with the same bonus since it looks like CA
forgot to link the effect to a unit group.

- Karl Franz set bonus, old effect removed in Vanilla, new vanilla Diplomacy effect added, mod Allegiance Point bonus lowered.

- "The Spear Slaupnir" increased AP to +80, removed Weapon Strenght bonus effect.
