Made a correction so the Black Ark buildings' tiers are no longer conflicting. A new image has been added to show the adjustment.

Fixed the Tower of Sorcery effects including the additional unit cap and the additional rank bonus as seen in the new screen shot. I also lowered the Tower of Sorcery building tier from 5 to 4, because that seems more appropriate anyway based on my other building mods and I don't want to create a tiny mod just for tier 4 Towers of Sorcery.
