after some more time in the kitchen, following changes are back again and will now stay:

- more airborne, commando, navalinfantry & sniper etc have access to helicopter as transportoption
- you get 2 FOB/FSBs per Card
- AGM-114A AP value is now set to 26 & KH-23M got a +5% accuracy buff (from 35% to 40%)
- a partial helicopter availbility buff: mostly effecting hinds (recon version merged into one card again), hipps, apaches and cobras
- aircraft cards with LGBs merged into one card again
- tank tab availbility overhaul (some toptier tanks lost deck cards, but got more availbility)
- additional deck Cards for some divisions
- us 3rd, sov 119 & some airborne decks lost some now unnecessary units or lost them because their cards merged into better ones with more availbility

there will be still more adjustments, bugfixing etc over the next days. all new/old Features will stay now for sure, except the 2 FOB/FSBs per Card, which may change back
