added gault office (invite with 3 star books) and reception icons

fixed the issue of playerside pages having no names

now needs localization manager, also added placeholders for card art

finally got scattershot to work properly....... god it's a nightmare to get it to work

hopefully scattershot works now (god i hate you i really want to commit kurt cobain rn)
