-Scaled the model down by about 15%
-buffed the accuracy to be somewhere between revolver and SMG
-lowered the spawn rate in secure arms cabinets, meaning your less likely to start with two of them in your ship
-set "requiresrecipie" to false in reguards to crafting, as i was uncertain if i had locked it behind a skill by mistake

fixed a file path. should be good now
