Hotfix

Just a simple patch to fix a couple issues with items

Should of done this sooner but, time for a small patch.

First off rapid jab now can only be done for so long before auto finishing.
Jab 2 is now 2 frames faster on start up.
And a big one, all items will now only take effect at the end of the animation like in kingdom hearts.

F smash- slightly faster start up.
U air and down air- limit has been removed so you can do as many of them as you want.
Magnet- start up has been very slightly reduced.
Nair 3- slight decrease to start up.

Magic no longer vanishes after use.
Fixed a bug where menu didn't close if it was open when you die.
KH1 and Kairi alts have been improved.
Slightly decreased fall speed.
