Fixed an issue that was preventing the giga's bleed attack from working properly.

BetterVanillaGiga\'s Updated.

Attempt to fix an issue that seems to prevent it from working with some servers/mods.

New Config added that will now be required to disable the giga rage.

Fixed an oversight that was causing some mods to be active but only affecting currently spawned creatures on load/server restart even when the config was set to be disabled.

Affected creatures were Gacha\'s, Mana\'s and Purlovia.

Prevented radiation damage on shadowmanes.
