Fixed an oversight that was causing some mods to be active but only affecting currently spawned creatures on load/server restart even when the config was set to be disabled.

Affected creatures were Gacha\'s, Mana\'s and Purlovia.

Fixed an issue with the voidwyrm mutagen harvesting timer.
