- Britain: Attempted to fix "Self Government for the Middle East" not releasing Egypt as a subject.
- Fixed Industry V giving less of a construction boost than Industry IV.
- The Chinese Opposition can now request aid from Japan if Japan is Fascist, has formed the CPS, and has not done the Marco Polo Bridge Incident. If Japan accepts, Japan will bypass Marco Polo and join the Civil War.

Happy 4/20! Here's a small update to keep you busy. Don't worry, slightly more significant things are coming in the future... ;)

- India: The Ideological focuses following "All-India Forward Bloc" will now always boost their respective ideology by 20%.
- Baltic Countries: You will no longer get the SSR flag of your Baltic State unless you go Soviet Communist. The Baltic Cosmetic Tag has been changed as well to reflect this.
- The AI should now never do "Absolutist Effort" unless they are already absolutist. Prevents stupid-looking civil wars and unneeded ideology flipping.

- Nerfed base Civ, Mil, and Dockyard Outputs.
Civs: 25 -> 18
Mils: 20 -> 18
Dockyards: 12 -> 8
- Germany: Reduced total civ output from the "Hermann Goring-Werke" and "KdF-Wagen" focuses from 12 to 8.
- Split off the custom map into its own mod; check it out here!
- Raised the total building slots on all state types (except Wasteland) by 1.

- Buffed the Industrial Branch of the Generic Tree: All generic minors can now receive 10 civs and 10 mils through their industry branch.
- Generic Focus Tree: Raised the requirements to get a second extra Research Slot to 75.
- India: "Strengthen Ties with British Investors" can be done even if you are not a subject of the United Kingdom, and can turn into "Strengthen Ties with Foreign Investors." The focuses in that sub-branch have also had their factory output doubled, in exchange for more autonomy loss.
- Made the debuffs to License Production much weaker; licensed products now produce faster.
- Released countries now inherit tech (and get 5,000 up-to-date guns) from their releaser upon being freed.

- Iberia can now be formed by both Portugal and Spain, regardless of focuses.
- India: The Swaraj ideological focuses has been tweaked:
- Seek Help from Germany becomes Contact the HM if Germany is not Fascist, and will simply boost fascism by 25%.
- Seek Help from the Soviet Union becomes Contact the CPI if the Soviet Union is flipping from communism, and will simply boost communism by 25%.
- Italy: Added better localisation for how to go down the Democratic/Communist paths in the Focus Tree.
- Italy: Nerfed the positive form of the Great Leap Forward national spirit.
- Italy: You no longer need to solely be Absolutist to do "Clamp Down on Fascism."
- Italy: The Fascist exiles now get cores on Libya and 20,000 Ethiopian rifles when they flee.
- Goa is no longer required for forming the Mughal Empire.
- Added Pondicherry as the victory point in French India.
- Non-Fascist and Non-Communist AI Countries will no longer take the Expansion Focuses.
- Fixed Mussolini not having his bald trait when he flees to Libya.

- India: Tweaked the Provincial Elections focus; it no longer requires 10% World Tension, but only gives 75 political power.
- India: Changed ideology of V. D. Savarkar from Falangism to Generic National Socialism.
- India: Added unique leader traits to V. D. Savarkar (fascist leader) and P. Krishna Pillai (communist leader), and Fierce Patriot to Subhas Chandra Bose.
- Italy: Gave Benito Mussolini the Bald leader trait.

- Germany: The Integrate War Economies focus now gives Romania and Hungary the German Tributary State national spirit instead of puppeting them, which has them cede factories to Germany.
- Fixed cosmetic tags in the Chinese CW; Fascist and Absolutist victorys now revert/change cosmetic tags properly.
- Fixed Britain not ceding Hong Kong or Trinidad, and French Indochina not ceding Guangzhouwan when those areas are fragmented.
- Fixed responses for both factions in the Chinese CW.
- Fixed "Emergency Proposal #14" not firing its respective news event.
- Updated Focus Background GFX. (Yes, this might become a running gag in all of these updates)
