v1.2 uploaded - XP gained by the drill stance now scales inversely with total experience the brigade already has. Less experienced brigades will gain 5-10 XP /wk, very experienced brigades (with >2500 XP) will only gain 1-5 XP /wk (as in 1.1).

- fixed amount of xp given as this could be 0 in certain circumstances although it should have been >0
