v1.3 uploaded - fixed bug in the morale calculation of the brigade while drilling so for all cases of additional morale modifiers from faction, officer etc. the drill stance should work now

v1.2 uploaded - XP gained by the drill stance now scales inversely with total experience the brigade already has. Less experienced brigades will gain 5-10 XP /wk, very experienced brigades (with >2500 XP) will only gain 1-5 XP /wk (as in 1.1).
