Added "Her AA Batteries" artifact on "Micro Gear" and "B-Micro Gear"

Gamegear Color(R):
- Reduce ATK/Spellpower buff duration 1.5 seconds to 1 seconds
- No longer give shield when you hit by flames
- Now give extra 1 ATK/Spellpower (3 seconds) when you hit by flames

Gamegear Color(B):
- Reduce DEF buff duration 30 seconds to 10 seconds
- Reduce Shield amount 20 to 10 (on frost stack)
- Reduce Shield amount 30 to 20 (on bonus frost damage)

Negative Aura:
- Fix: Now also slow structures, hostages and allies when you have flow and below 1 mana instead of slow only enemies

- Typo on "B-Micro Gear" description. Oops.

- Slightly edit Move up sprites and Channel casting sprites

Nerf Root Duration and Damages

"You feel her Mana drain slightly faster than before after 10 seconds. Eliminate enemy fast, don't move too much or get Mana Regen Artifacts ASAP for better action or you're gonna have bad time."

Her AA Batteries:
- Gain 0.2 Mana Regen at start of battle for 10 seconds (Before was 0.1 Mana Regen and 6 seconds)
- Gain 0.2 Mana Regen on Kill enemy for 3 seconds (Before was 0.1 Mana Regen and 9 seconds)
- Now also Gain 0.2 Mana Regen on Destroy structure for 1 seconds
- Now -2 Mana Regen for 0.03 seconds when moving (Before was -1 Mana Regen and 0.05 seconds)

Triple Colors:
Gain more mana when each magic orb hits

Gamegear stats:
Mana regen -0.2 -> -0.3

Fix error where the game freeze on map.

- No longer slow yourself when you have flow

- Rarity changed to 1

Blue Gear:
Deck replace "Frost Bite" -> "Frost Barrage"

Green Gear:
Deck replace "Rock Cycle" -> "Tile Fire"

"Triple colors" debuff duration increase 2 seconds -> 2.5 seconds
"Tech:Foie" damage increase 10 -> 25
"Tech:Foie" ShotDuration increase 0.1 -> 0.2
"Tech:Barta" ShotDuration increase 0.1 -> 0.2

"Her AA Batteries" artifact slightly rework:
- Gain 0.1 Mana Regen(6 seconds) at start battle
- Gain 0.1 Mana Regen(9 seconds) if kill enemy
- Decrease 1 Mana Regen(0.05) when moving

"Battery Gear" Added "Her AA Batteries" Artifacts.
"Wonder Gear" Remove "Negative Aura" Artifacts. No more forever slow!

- Change MaxHP 800 -> 900
