Balance:
Ammunition, armor, damage, and weapon strength boni from Wood and Iron universally reduced by 50% due to how common the aforementioned resources are.
Strength of ammunition, armor, damage and weapon strength boni are more even across factions now. Only a handful of races break the mold.
Oathgold bonus from landmarks (but not major/special settlements and resource buildings) increased by 400% to account for the DWF update.

Fixes:
Chaos Dorfs now gain AP weapon damage from Iron like everyone else.

Misc. Notes:
Briefly contemplated restricting various combat boni to certain units, but discarded the idea due to scope. Good idea, perhaps for some other time when I care more.

Balance:
All construction cost boni from resources for all factions reduced by ~25%.

Maintenance:
All construction cost effects now use the "new" wh3 effect type/scope for the sake of consistency. This has no effect for users.

Critical maintenance completed on account of CA deciding to break all file headers with capital letters.
Fixed some incorrect scopes for global recruitment effects.

Valley of Many Eyes is no longer TOO spidery for the Spider Club.

Guessing the patch was dedicated to fixing either the SoG effects that benefited Malakai directly or those which benefitted armies in it's area of effect on the campaign map.

Previous CHD convoy cap effect scope stopped working.
Finally bothered to create a new labor effect for CHD. Massive labor surplus fixed as a result.
