- Should now work properly with the Modding Refactor.

- Increased Ion Welder's repair speed, was far too weak in it's current state.
- ACTUALLY fixed Welding Fuel Canisters fitting into Heavy Welders (oops).
- Cutting and Welding Torches now take less material to craft.
- Cutting and Welding Torches can now damage Ballast Flora.

- The Power Drill, Compact Plasma Cutter, Compact Welding Tool and the Heavy Welder should all now damage ballast flora.

- Fixed an issue where the Heavy Welder could use Welding Fuel Canisters.
- The Power Drill should no longer deal inconsistent damage.

- Power Drill should now take electrical skill to craft and use.
- Rebalanced some of Power Drill's stats, was far too powerful in it's current state.

- Power Drill and Heavy Welder should now be quieter. I'm sorry for the ear damage this caused.

- Welding and Cutting Torches can now be stacked in groups of 3.

- New item: the Power Drill! A short-ranged, electricity powered cutter that is extremely effective.

- The Compact Welder should now no longer take up so much space when spawning in tool cabinets.
