- Compact Welding Tool now does burn damage.

- the Heavy Welder now drains more welding fuel, and now deals the correct amount of damage. (originally applied burn to ALL limbs, instead of just the limb its being used on)

- Added a new item: the Soldering Iron. A slightly more efficient screwdriver, however not more efficient than the dementonite and hardened versions.
- Added a new item: the Ratchet. A slightly more efficient wrench, however not more efficient than the dementonite and hardened versions.
